2024 BRHBA Field Fest

Description

Introducing the BRHBA Field Fest, sponsored by Fulton Mortgage Company,** Formerly known as the BRHBA Builder Bash, this event is set for Friday, September 20, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, **rain or shine**, at the Elks Lodge in Charlottesville.

Enjoy a day of fun and networking with food and beverages included for all attending members. Engage in friendly competition with lawn games and savor delicious eats from the on-site food trucks. 

Tent spaces are available for current BRHBA members at no cost to the association—just bring a beverage and a lawn game to share with attendees. Each BRHBA member receives one complimentary ticket. Additional tickets are $30 each or 4 for $100. After September 1, ticket prices will increase to $40 each. Non-member guests are welcome when their tickets are purchased by a member.

We are actively seeking Food Truck Sponsors to help us make this event a success. If you’re interested in partnering with us for Field Fest, please contact Jenny at the office!

Don’t miss out on the BRHBA Field Fest—an excellent opportunity to make meaningful connections with industry peers, connect with members and guests, and explore new opportunities in a relaxed, engaging atmosphere. Open to ages 21 and up.

Setup: 11:00 am Teardown: 6:00 pm Event: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Pricing

All Members receive ONE complimentary ticket. Contact jenny@brhba.org to remit.  

Single admission: $30/member

Group admission: $100 for 4 tickets

Prices will go up to $40/ticket after September 1, 2024.
