Any member who is not a builder.

Builder 1 $1000 Annually

Any Builder who builds 1-5 units per year - Developers and Remodelers fall into this category as well.

Builder 2 $1200 Annually

Any builder who builds 6-25 units per year

Builder 3 $2700 Annually

Any builder who builds 25+ units per year
