CAAR welcomes members from BRHBA to attend the "Farm Fresh Broadband: The Politics of Rural Connectivity with Christopher Ali PhD" on Thurs., Dec. 15th from 1 - 4:30 p.m. for FREE. 

You may participate in-person (Hillsdale Conference Center - Ballroom) or virtually via Zoom. 

"As much of daily life migrates online, broadband - high-speed internet connectivity - has become a necessity. The widespread lack of broadband in rural America has created a stark urban-digital divide." Christopher Ali, PhD will analyze the promise and failure of a national rural broadband policy in the United States and will share a proposal for a new national broadband plan. 

Following the presentation, we will hold a Q&A session with the audience and Neil Williamson, President of the Free Enterprise Forum.
