Responsibilities:  

• Project Management: Manage trades and schedules of multiple projects at once, including delivery, installation, warranty work and punch work. In-house and subs.
• Product and process training as required 
• Assist with Punch Walks and create punch lists 
• Support project as needed, such as contacting clients, keeping HubSpot up to date, etc. 

Requirements: 

• Must have experience managing a construction project schedule. Cabinet experience is a huge “plus”. 
• Understand project timeline and manage resources to achieve deadlines 
• Must be extremely proficient with MS Excel and other MS Office Suite programs. 
• Ability to use (or learn) HubSpot and ClickUp 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Ability to develop and complete tasks without continued direct supervision 
• Proven ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients 
• Strong Organizational skills 
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines 
• Ability to interact with management, external clients and trade partners in a professional manner, putting value on relationships 
• Job Location: PM can work out of either showroom and remotely, in a flexible hybrid situation. Travel to jobsites is required.
