House Party: 50 - Celebrating 50 Years of AHIP

2026 has marked 50 years of AHIP serving our neighbors in need, with over 5,000 homes preserved across half a century of service! Now, we'd love nothing more than to celebrate that occasion with the supporters who've made it possible.

Location: The Wool Factory, 1837 Broadway Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902

Time: 

• Cocktails 6–7 PM · 
• Dinner & Program 7 PM

Attire: Come as you are, but bring your festive spirit! Think fun, colorful, dressed-up-if-you-want-to attire.

Parking: Park in the upper parking lot, then follow the steps down to the Courtyard. Accessible parking and small-bus unloading is available in the small lot on the far side of the building.

Directions:

• From I-64: Exit 121B (121 westbound) → Route 20 (Monticello Ave) → right on Carlton Road → right on Carlton Avenue → straight across Franklin St onto Broadway St → entrance on right.
• From Pantops: Hwy 250 toward Charlottesville → left on High St → left on Meade Ave → left on Carlton Road → right on Carlton Avenue → straight across Franklin St onto Broadway St → entrance on right.
• From 29 North: Hwy 250 toward Richmond → right on High St → left on Meade Ave → left on Carlton Road → right on Carlton Avenue → straight across Franklin St onto Broadway St → entrance on right.
